Overview

Manage and enhance the systems that support Changi Airport’s commercial business, balancing daily system ownership with enhancements and technology-refresh initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enhancement, operations and governance of commercial platforms including lease management, point-of-sale and related applications.

• Partner business users to understand needs and translate requirements into technology solutions.

• Drive system projects from requirements and procurement through testing, deployment and support.

• Manage integrations and interfaces to ensure data flow, interoperability, reporting accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure systems are reliable, secure and compliant.

• Manage vendors, budgets, contracts and service performance.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

• Three to five years of relevant experience; more senior candidates may be considered for Manager.

• Strong interest in digital transformation and ability to bridge business and technology.

• Familiarity with IT service management, implementation, support, cloud platforms, APIs and integrations.

• Strong project, vendor and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Relevant ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, cloud or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
